Fees and how to proceed with your request
Introduction
The Alice Method is just the first step.
Please read Alice's method carefully.
If you like it, let's make a garden together.
If you love nature, you'll be fine. You can even relate to insects and birds.
Please let us know your budget in advance.
Please note that each garden is made to order and the things that can be done and the plants that can be planted will vary, so please use the prices below as a guide only.
ご依頼から着工まで
１．本ホームページ"contact us"からお問い合わせ
お名前、ご依頼内容、お住まいの地域をご明記ください。
2．内容を確認して現地へ伺い調査します。
遠方の方の場合写真やリモートでの調査になる場合があります。
現地調査では相談料として交通費の他、１時間あたり7500円〜10000円をご請求させていただきます。
３．ラフスケッチを作成し、本デザインを検討していただきます。
ラフスケッチは現地調査での時間の中で作成していきます。
４．デザイン契約
現地でのラフスケッチを気に入っていただけましたら、デザイン契約となります。
デザイン費150,000円をお支払いいただいたのち、本デザインの作成が始まります。
5．デザインの確認、施工内容など打ち合わせを綿密に重ねます。
同時にお見積もりを作成いたします。
内容に合意のもと、施工契約を交わしていただきます。
６．着工
お見積もりが500,000円以上の場合、内金として30%ご入金後の着工となります。
FULL GARDEN DESIGN
Field survey ¥15,000 (including transportation expenses within Aichi Prefecture)
Actual measurement: ¥20,000 (partially omitted if architectural drawings are available)
Hearing/idea/rough sketch ¥7,500/h~
Design contract (image perspective A3 ¥50,000/sheet ~)
When creating a garden, the fee covers everything from a site survey to a design contract to draw a detailed design. Construction costs such as plants and shrubbery are not included.
PLANTING DESIGN
Plus the above plan
Plant arrangement design/Rough A4 ¥10,000/sheet~
Plant layout map/colored A4 ¥30,000/sheet~
In addition to the perspective drawing, the plant arrangement is drawn on a plan view, elevation view, or both. Recommended for those who want to do the planting themselves or those who want to check the plant name after planting.
GARDEN CONSULTATION
Once the design has been decided, we will provide you with construction details and a quote.
If the contents are acceptable, we will enter into a contract for the construction work.
Construction will begin once a rough construction plan has been drawn up.
In addition to planting, we also make wood fences, stone pavers, fire pits, etc., but we cannot accept requests for only hard construction without planting. For those who have previously carried out planting work, we can accept this as additional work.

We will visit your home and give you advice. Depending on the distance, additional transportation fees may be charged.
